Hi, I’m Ande Siler, founder of Koze Modern. My journey in design began over a decade ago when my husband and I bought our first home. Newly married and working with a tight budget, we poured everything we had into that house—completely remodeling it with a new kitchen, added bathroom, and a cozy outdoor space. What started as a passion project quickly grew into a way of life.

Over the past 10+ years, we’ve partnered with homeowners across Southern California to transform their spaces—blending functionality, comfort, and clean modern design. Today, we continue to work side by side, helping clients turn houses into homes that reflect their unique lifestyle and story.

Through Koze Modern and our trusted collaboration with Innovative Builders, we offer comprehensive design-build services, covering everything from concept to construction.
